OUR PROGRAM

The Olympic Hockey Program provides a unique combination of North American and European instruction techniques.  Through proper instruction and repetition, Olympic Hockey clinics develop  the players fundamental skills to a higher level.

 The players are arranged into groups so that their instructors can focus on each groups' development level.  This guarantees the players are focused at the appropriate skill level.

Olympic Hockey programs are developed to efficiently use the ice time and ensure players receive maximum instruction.

The Olympic Hockey Academy uses only qualified hockey instructors.  An important trait of our instructors is the ability to communicate with the younger hockey student 

CAmps focus on:

SKATING DEVELOPMENT: 

Forward & Backward acceleration, pivots, edges, crossovers, turning agility, balance, stopping & starting, weight transfer, speed and quickness with and without the puck

SHOOTING DEVELOPMENT:

Stickhandling, Passing, Snap shot, wrist shot, backhand & slap shot, deeking, shooting while carrying the puck, proper technique of a quick release. 

DRYLAND TRAINING:  (Summer camps & Private Lessons only)

Off-ice stick handling, shooting & passing, speed exercises, agility drills, ball hockey, soccer, track and field, plyometrics & golfing (when available) and much more. 

GAME PLAY:

Players will finish each day with a 3 on 3 game
