SKATING DEVELOPMENT, SHOOTING DEVELOPMENT  & GAME PLAY  

            The First hour will focus on Skating Development:

Power skating, edges, turning agility, stopping & starting, weight transfer, Speed and quickness with and without the puck.  

             The Second Hour will focus on Shooting Development:

Snap shot, wrist shot, backhand & slap shot, shooting while carrying the puck, proper technique of a quick release.
